Fourth-generation California dairy farmer Steve Mancebo calls himself an optimist but says Washington's trade war with Mexico could put him out of business. Mexico is California's biggest dairy goods customer, but its new tariffs on cheese and milk could, according to to Mancebo, be "the writing on the walls" for his industry.
