PMI: China new business weakest since December 2015, euro zone sluggish

China's services sector expanded at the weakest pace in four months in July, a PMI survey showed on Friday, and forward-looking sentiment was the second-weakest on record. Respondents blame concerns surrounding company restructuring and the impact of the U.S.-China trade war. Thuy Ong reports.
