Border Patrol agent arrested for murdering four women

Texas police on Saturday arrested 35-year-old Juan David Ortiz, who is suspected of killing four women and kidnapping a fifth. Officials on Monday said the veteran U.S. Border Patrol agent allegedly killed his victims in a similar fashion. Rough Cut (no reporter narration).
