Declare Sharia Courts As "Unconstitutional", Seeks Plea In Top Court

The Supreme Court has agreed to consider a fresh plea of a Muslim woman seeking to declare as unconstitutional the setting up of Sharia courts to decide marriage, divorce and other cases.
