S&P flat, Dow dips as U.S., Canada end trade talks

The S&P 500 ended flat while the Dow edged down and the Nasdaq closed higher in light trading on Friday as U.S.-Canada trade talks ended without resolution ahead of the Labor Day weekend. Fred Katayama reports.
