Hurricane destroys village on Mexico's Pacific coast

Once attractive to tourists for its seafood restaurants and boardwalk, the small fishing village of Teacapan, Sinaloa was devastated by Hurricane Willa. So much so, small business owners say they're worried efforts to repair their properties may not be worth it.
