NHC says 40 percent chance of tropical depression in Caribbean Sea

A broad area of low pressure system located over the southwestern Caribbean Sea has a 40 percent chance of developing into a tropical depression in the next 48 hours, the U.S. National Hurricane Center said on Monday.
