Texas Democrat O'Rourke raises record $38 million in U.S. Senate race

Democratic U.S. Representative Beto O'Rourke's bid to unseat Republican U.S. Senator Ted Cruz got a major financial boost in the third quarter when he said he raised $38.1 million, a record for any U.S. Senate race.
