Women doctors in Japan face gender discrimination

In Japan, the gap between men and women is especially big in medicine, where only 20 percent of all doctors are female. Many of them leave after giving birth. A Japanese medical school was recently discovered to have deliberately cut women's exam scores to keep them out. As Reuters correspondent Mayu Yoshida reports, many female doctors and nurses are struggling to find a work-life balance.
