Global economy: Germany, Japan contract as trade clouds outlook

Japan and Germany's third quarter GDP figures have added to the global economic gloom over trade. As David Pollard reports, the Germany contracted for the first time since 2015 in and Japanese output shrank after it was hit by natural disasters and a decline in exports.
