Flynn providing 'substantial' aid to Russia probe

The office of Special Counsel Robert Mueller says that U.S. President Donald Trump's former adviser Michael Flynn provided 'substantial' cooperation with the Russia probe, and asks a federal judge not to sentence Flynn to prison.
