'Gift of Harmony' crystals installed on Times Square ball

192 new, sparkling Waterford Crystal triangles were installed on the iconic Times Square New Year's Eve ball, as part of an ongoing tradition that organizer Jeffrey Straus hoped would bring people together after a "divisive year." Rough Cut (no reporter narration).
