UAE reopens Damascus embassy in boost for Assad

The United Arab Emirates has reopened its embassy in Damascus, a sign Syrian President Bashar al-Assad is returning to the Arab fold. The UAE once funded rebels opposed to Assad, who has reestablished an iron grip on Syria. Lucy Fielder reports.
