Exclusive: PG&E explores bankruptcy filing -sources

California utility company PG&E is exploring the possibility of putting some or all of its businesses in bankruptcy protections, people familiar with the matter told Reuters, as the company faces the potential fallout from two years of fatal California wildfires.
