LA teachers reach pending agreement: Mayor

Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti on Tuesday said striking teachers demanding higher pay have reached an agreement with the Los Angeles Unified School District that, pending approval, will allow them to lead classes beginning Wednesday. Rough Cut (no reporter narration).
