New NC U.S. House election ordered

North Carolina's elections board on Thursday unanimously ordered a new election for a U.S. House seat after Republican candidate Mark Harris requested a new vote. Harris told a panel that possible ballot fraud had undermined confidence in the election. Rough Cut (no reporter narration).
