R. Kelly back in court over child support

Singer R. Kelly was seen at a Chicago court on Wednesday reportedly to request that his monthly child support payments be lowered. The Cook County judge reportedly scheduled his next hearing in May and made no change to his payments. Rough Cut (no reporter narration).
