Buttigieg pays respects to France, in French

'Mayor Pete' Buttigieg, a Democratic U.S. presidential hopeful, paid respects in French to the people of France after the 'Notre-Dame cathedral fire on Monday. In an interview with France's BFM TV he described the cathedral as a "gift to civilization." Rough Cut (no reporter narration).
