Driver smashes into police car: video

Police in Chicago are tweeting motorists "DON'T DRINK AND DRIVE" after a traffic camera caught a car running a red light at an intersection and smashing into a police vehicle on Thursday night. Another vehicle driven by a 28-year-old woman was also struck. Rough Cut (no reporter narration).
