Manning 'not going to' comply with grand jury

Former U.S. Army soldier Chelsea Manning, facing a fresh grand jury subpoena to testify about her contacts with WikiLeaks, told reporters outside an Alexandria, VA courthouse on Thursday that she wouldn’t comply with this subpoena, that she stands for her principles and that prison doesn’t scare her.
