Despite setbacks, an animal-only airport terminal at JFK still chugs along

The $65 million, 178,000-square-foot ARK at JFK opened in 2017, providing state-of-the-art animal care, a quarantine center and veterinary services for all animals that travel through the international airport. Roselle Chen reports.
