Guidelines on reopening to be released Thursday -Pence

U.S. Vice President Mike Pence on Wednesday said the new coronavirus guidelines on plans to reopen economies will be presented to state governors on Thursday and then released to the public. President Donald Trump reiterated his views on his presidential authority and said, "we have the right to do whatever we want."
