North Carolina state senator Dan Bishop , who was the lead sponsor of the state's controversial 'bathroom bill', won a decisive victory Tuesday in a special primary to choose the Republican nominee for a rerun of a 2018 congressional race marred by election fraud. Colette Luke has more.
